All our classes follow a teaching methodology and structured curriculum designed to support your progress in a logical way while having fun all the way!

Practical info

• No partner needed. Come as you are, solo, with a friend, the gang, or even with your grandma. Everyone is welcome! We’ll be rotating partners throughout the class, so it’s a great chance to meet new people and enjoy the dance.

• Wear comfortable clothes

• Clean indoor shoes only (or socks, no outdoor shoes on the dance floor)

YOUTH AND YOUNG ADULTS

We welcome people of all ages, and are also committed to a special focus on supporting and creating meaningful opportunities for youth and young adults, a group that can easily be excluded when dance opportunities often come with a high price tag.
