Time and prices per 5 weeks block:

• 1,5h Beginner class 18.00-19.25 (85 min). Drop-in: 230 NOK non-members / 200 NOK member. Beginner course pass per block (5 weeks): 950 NOK non-members / 725 NOK members.

• 1,5h Practice zone/social dance 19.30-21.00. Included for beginner students / 100 kr non-members / 50 kr members.

Studio location: Fernanda Nissen skole, Sandakerveien 112, 0484 Oslo.

What was it again, ciabatta?

Heard some rumours about bachata but haven’t had the courage to take the leap yet? Factory Beginner course is your perfect place to start. In our beginner course, you’ll learn the basic steps of bachata and gain the social dancing tools to confidently dance with a partner. We’ll go thoroughly through the fundamentals to get you moving, and maybe even hooked. Note: We do not take any responsibility for potential bachata addiction.

Structured learning

All our classes, including the beginner course, follow a teaching methodology based on a structured curriculum designed to support your progress in a logical way.

Practical info

• No partner needed. Come as you are, solo, with a friend, the gang, or even with your grandma. Everyone is welcome! We’ll be rotating partners throughout the class, so it’s a great chance to meet new people and enjoy the dance.

• Wear comfortable clothes

• Socks or clean indoor shoes only (no outdoor shoes on the dance floor)

• Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated

YOUTH AND YOUNG ADULTS

We welcome people of all ages, and are also committed to a special focus on supporting and creating meaningful opportunities for youth and young adults, a group that can easily be excluded when dance opportunities often come with a high price tag.
