MUSICALITY ISN’T ABOUT MORE - IT’S ABOUT LISTENING DEEPER
In this 5-week solo course, we explore bachata music as a space full of possibilities, playfulness, and expression, moving beyond pure technique and into intention. Instead of asking “what step comes next?”, we’ll focus on why we move, how the music feels, and how to let that guide the body naturally.
We’ll work with rhythm, instruments, breaks, timing, texture, and lyrics, giving you tools to interpret the music in a way that feels personal and alive. Through exercises and exploration, you’ll learn how to stay connected to the music without overthinking, allowing curiosity to replace control.
This class is social and artistic in nature, designed to help you feel more present, playful, and connected - not just to the song, but to yourself. The goal isn’t to dance “correctly,” but to dance honestly.
Come as you are. Bring your ears, your body, and an open mind.

EXPRESSION FROM WITHIN
Expression begins when we allow ourselves to listen - not to rules or expectations, but to what is already present inside us.
This solo class is a dedicated space to explore identity, presence, and vulnerability through movement. Rather than focusing on how dance should look, we focus on how it feels, using the body as a tool for self-discovery, honesty, and connection. The goal is not to perform, but to arrive,fully, in your own movement.
Through improvisation, body awareness, and guided exploration, you’ll learn to trust your instincts, soften control, and respond to music from an emotional place. We’ll work with texture, intention, creative tasks, and natural impulses, allowing movement to grow from sensation instead of choreography. There is no “right way” to move here, and no expectation to copy or impress.
This class is rooted in creating a safe and supportive group environment, where curiosity is encouraged and vulnerability is respected.
Together, we explore different emotional qualities and states, discovering how they translate into movement - gently expanding your expressive range without forcing anything.
Expression is not about becoming someone else. It’s about remembering who you are, and letting that truth be visible in your dance. This class is for anyone who wants to feel more present, more connected, and more at home in their own body - on the dance floor and beyond.
We grow together in this space, exploring and allowing expression to unfold naturally.

Welcome to a classic concept, refreshed with a handfull of subtle twists.
At Factory, we focus less on fixed patterns and more on concepts, so you can build understanding, technique, and shape your own dance in connection with the music. At the same time, a more advanced movement repertoire is also important part of developing as a dancer. The more quality movements you know, the easier it is to learn new ones,and the more options you have to choose what fits the music.
